The final judgement the Bhopal ‘s Union Carbide MIC gas leakage has now come out and is on making headlines in all the news media. Big name are coming out in list of people who has helped Mr. Anderson of The Union carbide us to flee the country.

name of PC Allexndar , Arjun Singh and that of a small pie that is the DM of Bhopal Some Moti Singh is also in the news.
I am also following the development in this case since 1984 when I was 27 years old and 26 years later I an now 53 and have 2 sons the elder one id 27 and the younger one is 20. this is to show how much time has passed . how many chief Ministers MP has seen , a new state has also created out of MP and so much has happened.the Mall culture/ The Y2K syndrome / the disintegration of Soviet union/ the unification of Germany, but still we could not decide the case ans still talking about it. Who says that human memory is short.

How Anderson has escaped / Will Mr. Kesab Mahindra be jailed or will not be allowed on the company boards ? tthese are the question which are making headlines today . These will remain there and some thing may or may not come out of it. Will tis matte rand if yes how?

in the last 27 years not once it was mentioned as to how the gas leaked from the plant. the plant I don’t know but must be operating for 10 of years earlier to the tragedy. The gas leaked on that fateful day. How No one knows.
There is no mention as to who was responsible in the plant for the safe running . There must be some operator?supervisor/manager who was responsible for transporting the gas from the storage tank to the process unit . The name of non of them appeared anywhere in last 27 years . They must have made some mistake and why the same was not highlighted. this could have helped in avoiding such tragedy any where else. To me not Mr. Mahindra or Anderson are culprit. the culprits were the man responsible for the safe transportation of the gas/ the local authorities who were responsible for periodical review of safe running of plant. I wonder weather any body in the then MP government new about MIC. those people are the real culprits but we do not talk about them because it not fashion.

This also reminds me of Sunita Rao , who has made great discovery that Pepsi contains pesticides more than specified limits. But Sunita ji has never bothered to find out the percentage of pesticides in the drinking water which normal man consumes. I will tell you why she has not done . This is because nobody would have invited her on TV for interviews and discussion thereby making her instant hit.
I will conclude by telling all the Sunita Raos and the likes of her that do someting for common man , Pepsi is for rich and few and if they fall sick due to pesticides in it they can afford treatment unlike the common man who consumes unpotable water. And if you like to be seen on TV screen then join the acting industry.
